Operating in a capitated rate industry—serving children, the aging population, and people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD)—has presented both challenges and opportunities. The complex financial structures of federally and state-funded human services have driven us to innovate, using technology to enhance both our efficiency and effectiveness.
